Sadguru Shree Gyanjivandasji Swami
Spiritual Mentor • Cultural Preserver • Social Servant
His Holiness Sadguru Shree Gyanjivandasji Swami of Kundaldham is among the most revered and beloved spiritual teachers of the Shree Swaminarayan Sampradaya. For more than four decades, Swamiji has devoted his life to deepening his own spiritual practice and sharing the timeless wisdom of Lord Swaminarayan with countless devotees across the world.
As the present guru and sole spiritual inspirer of the Swaminarayan Temples at Kundaldham and Karelibaug, Vadodara — both affiliated with the Vadtal Gaadi — Swamiji guides a thriving spiritual community. Today, more than 100 monks and a large number of devoted followers reside at Kundaldham, drawn together by Swamiji's mission to spread the true teachings of Shree Swaminarayan Bhagwan. Toward this end, he has delivered extensive discourses on the foundational scriptures of the Swaminarayan tradition, making them accessible to seekers of every age and background.

3D Animations and Digital Outreach
Swamiji devotes considerable time to guiding the youth of the Sampradaya, helping them walk the spiritual path from an early age. A firm believer in the principle of "changing with the times," he has thoughtfully blended modern technology with traditional spirituality. Under his vision, an in-house production team of dedicated volunteers has created original 3D animations depicting the Chesta of Lord Swaminarayan, an animated rendition of the Vachanamrut, and several other projects designed to deepen the devotee's love for God.

Publication and Preservation of Scriptures
A monumental body of work has been completed under Swamiji's guidance, ranging from the digitisation of ancient handwritten manuscripts to the publication and worldwide distribution of more than 50 modern volumes. In a historic first, the world's longest scripture — Shreemad Haricharitramrut Sagar, which records the entire life, philosophy, and teachings of Lord Swaminarayan — has been engraved on titanium plates designed to endure for more than 10,000 years. The monthly magazine Satsang Sevak continues to bring spiritual insight and wisdom to devotees on a regular basis.

Temples and Sacred Spaces
Swamiji has made a significant contribution to India's rich cultural and spiritual heritage through the construction of more than 15 new temples and the restoration of many others. Each of these temples carries forward the cherished tradition of distributing the famous "Ladudi" Prasadam to all devotees. At Kundaldham Temple alone, more than 200 dedicated sevaks reside permanently, offering their lives in service to the Lord and the community.

Gopinathji Gaushala
The majestic Gopinathji Gaushala at Kundaldham is a sanctuary for some of the finest specimens of the Gir breed of cows, bulls, and calves. Regarded as members of the Lord's divine family, these animals are cared for with deep reverence and love. What began as a modest gathering of just 10 milking cows has grown into a flourishing family of more than 300 cows, bulls, and calves.

Social Service and Humanitarian Work
In keeping with Lord Swaminarayan's instruction in the Shikshapatri to "be kind to the poor and serve them," Swamiji has initiated a wide range of humanitarian activities. These include the reformation and upliftment of Gala Village, regular visits to patients, blood donation drives, health diagnostic camps, organised pilgrimage walks, and large-scale relief work to support those in need during the Coronavirus pandemic, among many other initiatives.

Honours and Achievements
Swamiji's extraordinary contributions to spiritual and social life have been recognised through numerous prestigious honours, including entries in the India Book of Records, the Asia Book of Records, the Limca Book of Records, and the Guinness Book of World Records.

Festival Celebrations
Festivals at Kundaldham are celebrated with grandeur and devotion. The breathtaking Annakut, offered on every major occasion of the year, is among the most cherished traditions. The annual Diwali Shibir — a seven to eight day immersive course — provides meticulous spiritual and social training to devotees of all ages from across the world. The magnificent Hindola, the joyful Colour Festival, the radiant Dipotsav, and the divine Jal-Jilani festival are only a few of the many celebrations that bring devotees together throughout the year.

Activities for Children and Youth
To instil moral, cultural, and spiritual values from a young age, Swamiji has designed thoughtfully structured training camps tailored for children and youth. These programmes include engaging cultural activities such as drama, dance, telefilms, games, and a wide variety of other creative and educational experiences — all aimed at shaping the lives of devotees across every age group.
